1. 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee for Digital Reports
If you purchase a custom PDF natal dossier or synastry report and find that it does not meet your expectations, contact our customer support team within 14 days of purchase at support@astrologynext.local with your order number. We will issue a full, prompt refund.
2. Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel recurring membership subscriptions at any time through your account portal or by contacting support. Upon cancellation, your access remains active through the end of your prepaid billing period with zero cancellation fees.
3. Processing Times
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your issuing bank.
