At AstrologyNext, we hold personal birth data to the highest standards of privacy and confidentiality. We operate under strict principles of data minimization and transparency.
1. Ephemeral Birth Data Processing
When you enter your birth date, birth time, and birth city into our calculators:
- Your details are processed purely in-memory on our secure servers to calculate mathematical celestial coordinates and generate your chart interpretation.
- Free guest calculations are never sold, rented, or traded to third-party data brokers, advertising networks, or social platforms.
- We do not attach your birth coordinates to persistent behavioral advertising profiles.
2. Information We Collect for Paid Reports
When you purchase a custom natal or synastry dossier, we collect your name and email address strictly to deliver your digital PDF report. Payment card details are processed directly by our PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor (Stripe) and never stored on AstrologyNext servers.
3. AI Astrologer Data Privacy
Conversations with the AI Astrologer only receive relevant computed planetary placements and aspects required to provide contextual guidance. No government IDs, full birth certificates, or sensitive financial data are ever passed to AI models.
4. Your Rights Under GDPR & CCPA
